In order to make the most of your visit, we ask that you fill out the below patient form before your visit or arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out.
We're insurance friendly.
Solstice Dermatology accepts most major insurances. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm plan details and provider participation. We are currently still in active credentialing process with several insurances meaning that new insurance plans are being added and accepted every week. Please bring your insurance card(s) and ID with you to each appointment. It is important to have your correct insurance information on file to help us correctly bill your insurance company.

We're located in the River Hills Tower building on Lakeland Drive in Jackson. Parking is located off of Lelia Drive behind the building. Take the elevators in the lobby to the 2nd floor and we'll greet you when you walk in.
